Limited Warranty
Coverage Period: Three (3) Years – Worldwide
1. Warranty Coverage
This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to the AquaTouch ITX Mini PC manufactured by Nexus Labs Limited (HK). It covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal use and service conditions for a period of three (3) years from the date of shipment to the original purchaser.
During the warranty period, Nexus Labs Limited will, at its sole discretion:
Repair the product using new or refurbished parts that meet or exceed original specifications, or
Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value and functionality.
All replaced parts or products become the property of Nexus Labs Limited. Any repaired or replaced product is warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.
2. Worldwide Validity
This warranty is valid and enforceable worldwide. Customers may obtain warranty service by registering their product on the official Nexus Labs Limited website: www.nexus-labs.net.
Warranty service may be provided either directly by Nexus Labs Limited or through authorized service partners, depending on the customer’s location.
3. Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, fire, liquid contact, natural disasters, or other external causes.
Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discoloration.
Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or repairs performed by non-approved service providers.
Use of the product with non-approved accessories, components, or peripherals.
Software, operating systems, data loss, corruption, or issues caused by third-party applications or viruses.
Consumable parts (such as fans or cables) unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To obtain warranty service, the customer must:
Register the product on www.nexus-labs.net within a reasonable time after receiving the product.
Return the product in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Comply with all applicable local import/export regulations when shipping the product for service.
Nexus Labs Limited will cover standard shipping fees for warranty service during the coverage period. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packaged and shipped in accordance with carrier requirements.
5. Limitation of Liability
The remedies described in this Limited Warranty (repair or replacement) are the sole and exclusive remedies available to the customer. Nexus Labs Limited’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the terms stated herein.
In no event shall Nexus Labs Limited be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of data
Loss of profits
Loss of business opportunities
Business interruption or downtime
Any damages arising from failure to follow product instructions, improper use, or unauthorized modifications.
